Wow! Went in for cryotherapy and stayed for red light therapy, full body massage chairs & a spinal stretch table that gave so much relief to my compression. Claire and Sam were very friendly and incredibly helpful in explaining everything. Can’t wait for my next session. Cryo is only 3 minutes so it doesn’t really require an appointment- the chairs and table are are 1st come 1st serve but the other services may need to be booked in advance but I was lucky enough to spend almost 2 hours there as a walk in.

A Hot Place to Chill has been a God send for me! I struggled with a wound that was open and draining post surgery for 3 months that just would not close. I tried red light panel and it was amazing! After 2 weeks the wound stopped draining and closed and began to scab over! For inflammation, pain and muscle recovery check out all of the other wonderful things they have! You will benefit greatly!!

AHPTC is exactly what we have been looking for ! Actually it’s been more, Initially we were looking for cryotherapy with compression therapy, I have PSA and have been successfully incorporating cryotherapy into my holistic treatment plan in order to keep PSA from flaring. I needed to find a place a reasonable distance to our new home. With the help and guidance of Matt I have added red light therapy and massage into my plan and so far I am loving it and the facility. It is clean, very appealing to the eye and everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend!
