A Hot Place To Chill

Desert Heat Infrared Sauna in New Buffalo

Our Desert Heat sauna is a full-spectrum infrared sauna. It warms your body with near, mid, and far infrared at a lower air temperature than a traditional sauna, and a session is 25 minutes.

Many guests report it helps them relax and unwind, and some people find the warmth may help tight muscles feel looser.

Questions guests ask

How long should I stay in the infrared sauna?

A session here is 25 minutes. If you are new to heat, it is fine to step out early. Listen to your body.

What is the difference between infrared and a traditional sauna?

A traditional sauna heats the air around you. An infrared sauna warms your body more directly, so the air temperature is lower, which many people find more comfortable.

What should I bring?

Bring water. Robes are available at the studio so you can move between services easily.

Can I do the sauna and cryotherapy on the same visit?

Yes. Many guests pair heat with cold air, red light, and compression in a visit of about an hour. Dry off completely before cryotherapy.
