Red Light Therapy in New Buffalo
Red light therapy means relaxing in front of, or lying in, a panel or bed of red and near-infrared light for about 12 minutes. We have a 4-wavelength standing panel, a 3-wavelength curved bed, and a 5-wavelength flat bed.
Many guests use it for how their skin looks and how they feel, and some people find it may help them relax and recover after activity.

What is a visit like?
- Staff help you choose the standing panel or one of the beds.
- You wear as much or as little as you are comfortable with, and you can use eye protection during the session.
- The session runs for 12 minutes. It is warm and quiet; many guests close their eyes and rest.

Questions guests ask
How long is a red light session?
Each session on the panel or beds is 12 minutes.
What is the difference between the panel and the beds?

Is red light the same as tanning?
No. Red light does not tan your skin. Tanning is a separate service, and FREE high-pressure tanning is included with all memberships and packages.
How often do people use red light?
It varies. Members can use core services once a day. Ask staff what fits your goals, and talk to your doctor if you have a health condition.
