Our robotic massage chairs use rollers and air cushions to work on your neck, shoulders, back, arms, and legs for 15 to 30 minutes. We are a recovery studio, not a licensed massage clinic, so there are no massage therapists, only the chairs.
Many guests report they feel more relaxed afterward, and some people find the chairs may help tight shoulders and back feel looser.
What is a visit like?
- Chairs are first come, first served, so you can usually walk in.
- Sit back, choose a program, and adjust the intensity. You stay fully dressed.
- Stay 15 to 30 minutes, then add other services or head back out.

How much does it cost?
A robotic massage chair session (1x/day) is included with Monthly All Access ($175 a month), Longevity Paid in Full ($1,750 a year), and the Month Pass ($200). The Relaxation Member plan is $55 a month for the massage chair and spinal stretch table, once a day each.

Who should check with a doctor first?
Please talk to your doctor before you try massage chairs if you have any of these:
- Pregnancy
- Osteoporosis, a recent fracture, or recent surgery
- A blood clot now or in the past
- A pacemaker or other implanted device
- Serious back or neck problems, or new pain you have not had checked
Stop and tell a staff member right away if you feel dizzy, faint, short of breath, or have chest pain. Call 911 for chest pain or trouble breathing.
